The City requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for General Real Estate Services to the Property Management Division (Division). The Division is seeking general real estate brokerage firms that can assist in the marketing and sales of real property owned by the City. The Division will consider contracting with up to two (2) real estate brokerage firms for these services for a basic term of three (3) years. The contract will contain two (2) additional one (1) year extension options, at City discretion. The contracts for this project, including costs/fees, will be negotiated with the selected firms after approval by City Commission.
