In keeping with its emphasis of quality, the Society seeks to establish professional relationships with commercial printing vendors who share our superior standards, can ensure a timely delivery, are committed to environmental stewardship, and offer competitive pricing.
The Society is proud of the quality of its publications and strives to produce excellent work while keeping a close eye on printing and production costs, as member dues cover the vast majority of our publication expenses. In the interest of ensuring the most cost-effective publications, SfN is soliciting quotes for prepress, printing, binding, distribution and mailing of its publications.
Your company has been identified as a potential supplier of these services, and we invite you to respond this RFQ. Although pricing is an important consideration, other factors such as quality control procedures, customer service, and work flow will be weighed heavily in assessing responses to this RFQ.
CAUTION: Proposals received after April 17, 2009 will be considered at SfNs discretion.
