General Nuisance Abatement Services
The City is seeking qualified firms to provide nuisance abatement services. The City
formally adopted the County of Riverside Ordinances, with City amendments.
Primary functions requested under this RFP include but are not limited to:
Weed Inspections and Abatement on unimproved parcels
Pool/Spa Pumping
Clean up and trash removal
Securing/board up of vacant/abandoned/substandard structures
Demolition and removal of structures
Installation of temporary fencing
Emergency abatement of wells, septic tank systems, or excavations
Photographing and otherwise documenting work performed under the contract
