General Human Resources Consulting Services
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide assistance that will involve, but is not limited to, conducting research, developing recommendations, and implementing strategies related to consulting assistance in support of developing strategic Human Resource programs.
