The United States Department of State (DoS), Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Aviation (INL/A) requires an approved Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) source to provide repair and overhaul services for General Electric (GE) T58 and T700 series aircraft Turbo-Shaft engines and to recondition aging and damaged T58 and T700 storage containers to serviceable condition on an as needed basis for a period of one year plus four potential option years. The offeror's facility shall be an FAA part 145 authorized repair station as well as a General Electric certified engine overhaul/repair facility to effectively inspect, test, troubleshoot, clean, overhaul, repair and preserve General Electric T58 and T700 engine power units, modules, and components to current OEM configurations while maintaining INL/A identified specific requirements for return to service in a Ready For Issue (RFI) condition for operational use.
