General Contractor for Street Park Project

The project includes site erosion control, the demolition of an existing abandoned rail spur, concrete slabs (former metal buildings removed under separate contract), construction of (2) 300' baseball fields and (3) 200' baseball fields with skinned infields and natural turf outfields with associated fences, gates and lighting, asphalt parking and concrete walkways. Construction of a +/-1,800 SF two story scoring tower with restrooms and concessions as well as associated utilities including water, electric, gravity sewer, grinder pump and 1.5" force main. The project also includes associated landscape improvements, irrigation and a deep well for irrigation water. Bids should include a base bid and any Add/Deduct Alternates.
