General Contractor Services
The University is seeking proposals from construction firms interested in providing Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of the Business Building on the Campus.
The project is expected to be a five story structure with approximately 100,000 total square feet and will be sited to the south of the Hall in an existing open space. The building will include multiple team rooms, virtual meeting space with the latest technology, community areas, tiered classrooms, dual-purpose technology laboratory and classroom, a 250-seat lecture hall, and additional classrooms of varying capacities.
