General Contractor Services

Request for Qualifications for experienced firms in eight (8) categories of work: (1) construction and renovation, (2) playground construction and renovation, (3) environmental remediation, (4) mechanical systems installation and repair, (5) electrical interior and exterior, (6) plumbing, (7) paving, and (8) roofing. Firms selected for these pre-qualified pools shall provide their services on an as-needed, as-requested basis only. Pre-qualification is NOT a guarantee of work. Compensation is on a project-by-project basis; there is no compensation for firms not selected for a project.
