The Commission is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Sealed Proposals using the Best Value approach for selection of a firm to provide General Contractor Services for Automotive Technology Center. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services.
