The General Services Administration (GSA), Northeast and Caribbean Region, Public Buildings Service is pleased to announce the issuance of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for General Construction Services for the St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands Hurricane Recovery Project at the Almeric L. Christian Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.

A Pre-proposal Conference and site visit is scheduled to be held at 9:00 a.m. EST on August 15, 2019 at the Almeric L. Proposals for this RFP must be submitted in electronic format only. Paper copies will not be accepted. Proposals MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN the stated due date and time noted in this solicitation.
