Amendment 0005 is hereby issued, attached and extends the proposal due date to 17 OCTOBER 2014. Changes are hereby made to the Construction Documents as detailed in the attached .zip file. Answers to RFIs are also attached to this Amendment 0005. Contractors are strongly encouraged to review each document and ensure that their proposals reflect the stated changes. This will be the final amendment issued to this solicitation. Please carefully review its content and be advised that you must formally acknowledge this amendment to this solicitation.
