General Civil Engineering Services
The intent of this RFP is to pre-qualify a group of engineering firms as resources that the City, at its sole discretion, can select from to provide general civil engineering services for typical public works infrastructure projects. Projects can range from very small utility projects to multi-million dollar (construction value) utility and street projects.
