Skagit County Public Hospital District No. 304 (Owner) in the State of Washington is announcing by way of this Request for Proposal (RFP) projected requirements for general planning and design services proceeding anticipated capital improvements. This RFP is directed to architects and/or planners (Washington license) who wish to be considered for selection to provide such services to include defining a campus master plan anticipating growth and development of Owner.
