Geauga Campus Library Renovation
The Geauga Campus is located just north of the city of Burton and is comprised of 87.5 acres. The 33,600
sf. Main Classroom Building was completed in 1976, and has undergone several renovations. The Library is
located within this building but largely remains unaltered from its original construction. A Program of
Requirements (POR) has been completed, and will be provided to the selected associate. The intent of this
project is to renovate the existing library and adjacent areas into what is termed The Center for Student
Success. This plan will merge traditional library functions with special student services, a tutoring/writing
lab, an internet cyber caf, and open study areas.
