Gateway Monument

The project includes: the demolition and removal of existing signage, foundation and electrical connection; protection and/or removal of existing vegetation (indicated on the plans); removal of concrete paving, concrete mow-strips and accessible ramps; removal of abandoned water line and vaults; relocation of fire hydrant; removal of bollard lights; construction of the gateway and associated signage including structural elements, facades, decorative elements, lighting, mechanical and electrical; installation of concrete paving, concrete mow-strips, seat-walls, stairs, accessible ramps and associated handrails; installation of landscape materials and plants; installation of irrigation system and modifications to existing irrigation systems; and site grading.
