1. CONTRACT INFORMATION:
The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for staffing services that will perform gate attendant operations at Granger and Georgetown Lakes, Texas.

The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein.
2. PROJECT INFORMATION:
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities,
transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Operation Services at six (6) camping parks and pick up fees from 2 Day Use Park pay stations for remittance on Georgetown and Granger Lakes for the duration of the contract period.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561320 (Temporary Help Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million.
