This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document is also attached.
This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ).

316 Robert Street N.; Suite 506; St. Paul, MN 5101 is seeking to purchase Gastroenterology Physician Services for the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System.
Purpose:
The Contractor shall furnish all personnel to provide services necessary to perform on-site Gastroenterology Physician Services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Sioux Falls, SD VA Health Care System (VAHCS). The Contractor s physician(s) care shall cover the range of Gastroenterology services as would be provided in a state-of-the-art health care medical treatment facility and the standard of care shall be of a quality, meeting or exceeding currently recognized national standards as established by the American College of Physicians- Internal Medicine
