Gases
SCOPE AND BACKGROUND: The Office is seeking to establish
purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide COMMERCIAL / MEDICAL /
LABORATORY / GRADE GASES. All agencies and departments of the State of Vermont may use this
contract. Bidders interested in submitting a bid proposal must be able to provide sales support, delivery,
and service to ALL geographic locations in the State.
CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 12 months
with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 -month periods. Proposed start date will be February 2010.
