Gas Utility Cost of Service and Rate Study
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services to perform a cost of service study for the City to functionalize, classify and allocate capital investment costs, operating expenses, reserve requirements and all other financial obligations by major functions including incidental and related work; and to develop new or revised rate structures consistent with the City retail rate objectives.
