Gardening services for Embassy Moscow
The Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow is soliciting quotations for a qualified contractor to provide professional grounds keeping and gardening services including furnishing all labor, material, equipment and services, for the Embassy of the United States of America in Moscow.
Quotations are due on or before 4:00PM Moscow time on July 11, 2019 and must be hand-delivered to the following address:

The offerors should notify the contact listed in Block 7.A of Standard Form 1449 on page 3 of this solicitation to arrange receipt of the offer.
All quotes are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Contracting Officer and marked "Quotation 19RS5019Q0004 Enclosed." Late quotes will NOT be accepted and will be considered non-responsive. Quotes submitted electronically (e-mail) will NOT be accepted.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov ; prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
A site visit and a pre-proposal conference for this project are scheduled for 11:00 AM Moscow time on June 4, 2019. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 24 hours in advance.
