Garden Maintenance Services
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the Garden Maintenance Services. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The detailed statement of work (SOW) is attached and posted on the Embassy website – Please read it through and forward any question about this project before the mentioned site visit below. No technical question will answered at the site visit.
A site visit is scheduled for 6 June, 2019 and all interested vendors are invited to submit full names of company representatives plus their ID numbers limited to two people per company to goboronegsoprocurement@state.gov The names should be provided well in advance and any names received after 4th June, 2019 at 16:00 hours, will not be accepted as it will require at list two days for security clearance in order to have access to the Embassy

Your quotation must be hand delivered to the US Embassy in Gaborone on or before June 26, 2019 by 10:00 AM marked as follows: No proposal will be accepted after this time.
