SYNOPSIS
Project Title: Garage Retaining Wall and Rail Repairs
The project includes removal and re-setting of approximately 250 linear feet of 1&1/2" metal pipe rail, performing repairs to spalling concrete, caulking concrete joints adjacent to the rail and the re-application of galvanized coating to the railing.
The Solicitation Package will be posted on or about Thursday, June 29, 2017.
Estimated Cost is Between $25,000 and $100,000.
This Procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
This solicitation does authorize the transmittal of offers, modifications, or withdrawals of offers through email. Please email a copy of your proposal to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Hard copy submissions are also acceptable, as prescribed by FAR 52.215-1(c)(1). No other means of transmission are acceptable.
