This project consists of, but is not limited to removing and replacement of existing insulation that is damaged or wet. Existing membrane and flashing to be removed and disposed of. The existing insulation is to be protected and to remain in place. To install new pressure treated nailers where needed, add 2” new rigid insulation and new.060 TPO membrane roofing system with metal flashing.
