The Santa Clara County Probation Department invites qualified community-based organizations to submit proposals related to providing gang redirection and anti-criminal thinking classes for youth residing at our Juvenile Rehabilitation Facilities (JRFs). The two JRFs are the William F. James Boys' Ranch, located in Morgan Hill, and the Muriel Wright Residential Center, located in South San Jose. The Probation Department reserves the right to pursue any and/or all ideas generated by this request.
