Gamma Camera Preventive Maintenance and Repair
SOLICITATION
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 16 is requesting quotes for preventive maintenance and repair of a Spectrum Dynamics D-Spect Cardio Gamma Camera for the Veterans Healthcare System of The Ozarks (VHSO) located at 1100 N. College Ave., Fayetteville, AR.
The expected ordering period is 5/1/2019 through 4/30/2024, but may be adjusted based on the actual date of award.
Registration at https://sam.gov/SAM/ must be complete, and verifiable by 4/18/2019 to be eligible for award.
Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to the Contracting Officer, by email to james.hunt2@va.gov. Question must be received no later than 4/11/2019 to receive a response.
All quotes must include the following to be considered for award:
-Per solicitation provision E.1 an authorization letter from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) stating the entity submitting the quote is an authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed services.

Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 9:00AM local time on April 18, 2019, or the date indicated in block 8 of the Standard Form 1449. All quote materials must be emailed to the attention of James Hunt at james.hunt2@va.gov.
