Pride Toronto requests proposals from experienced Event Management companies to plan and manage its annual Gala & Awards event in 2010.
The individual or company selected as the Event Planner will play a key role on the Gala & Awards Committee and ensure that all key people and logistics come together smoothly and effectively. The successful proponent will:
work with the Gala & Awards Committee, staff and volunteers
make recommendations on vendors and contractors to the Committee
secure approved vendors and contractors
works with the Executive Director, Co-Chairs of the Committee and Finance Manager to manage the Gala & Awards budget.
