The Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB), a public, non-stock corporation, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or companies to print and deliver the Guam Customs/Agriculture Declaration Form as directed by the GVB Research Department. When printing revised forms, a test batch of fifty (50) forms per language will be provided to the GVB to be tested with the GVB Research Department Arrival Forms Processing equipment and certified. Should test batch generate discrepancies in the data, the printer is obligated to correct printing issues as they are identified by the GVB. The contractual obligation of both parties shall be for FY2013, FY2014 and FY2015 and is subject to the appropriation and availability of funds therefor.
