General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:


State:    California


City:    Burbank, Camarillo, and Van Nuys


Delineated Area:    Burbank Airport - North: San Fernando Road, East: N. Hollywood Way, South: Vanowen Street, West: Vineland Avenue to Sherman Way to N. Clybourn Avenue

Camarillo Airport - North: 101 Freeway, East: Las Posas Road, South: Sturgis Road to Pleasant Valley Road, West: S. Del Norte Boulevard


Van Nuys Airport - North: Roscoe Boulevard, East: Woodley Avenue, South: Vanowen Street, West: Balboa Boulevard



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    17,131



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):    17,988



Space Type:    Hangar with flex space



Parking Spaces (Total):    20



Parking Spaces (Surface):    20 secured reserved

Full Term:    15 years



Firm Term:    15 years



Option Term:    (2) 5-year renewal options



Additional Requirements:    A runway of at least 5,000 linear feet, 24/7 fuel service for Avgas and Jet A, secured building, and onsite control tower and maintenance facility.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
