NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION
 

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Miami, FL that will be expiring February 28, 2019. The Government intends to negotiate a lease extension for 40,141 ANSI BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will consider alternative space only if economical and other factors are supportive. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, non-productive agency downtime, occupancy schedule, and quality of space.
