This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government.This special notice issues a DRAFT Solicitation 47PA0519R0001 for industry comment and government response. This draft solicitation is for a full and open competition procurement to support the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Office of Leasing, Center for Broker Services, Leasing Support Services requirement (GLS Plus). The purposes of the resulting contracts are to provide continuation of transaction support for lease acquisition services and other support services required under the GSA Leasing Program. These services consist of those actions required to support GSA's Lease Contracting Officers as a tool to provide consistent, high-quality services within distinct geographic zones, to federal agencies that rely on GSA for lease acquisition. GSA proposes to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts utilizing non appropriated funds, under which task orders may be issued and contractors will be compensated via the private sector practice of commission payments from lessors.This draft solicitation is available for review to all interested parties through the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov, as an attachment to this special notice. This draft solicitation is comprised of Sections A - J and attachments. Industry comments and questions were submitted by Monday, January 14, 2019.
