GSA Fleet Key Ring Card Holders
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of 30,000 zippered pouch card holders with attached external key ring (all one connected item) for distribution to GSA Fleet leasing customers to accompany leased vehicles. This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 (https://www.acquisition.gov/content/part-12-acquisition-commercial-items#i1112616) in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed under FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018.
Zippered pouch card holder/key ring must have:
•Zippered pouch capable of holding multiple credit cards
•External key ring connected to the zippered pouch
•Opaque material
•Color Navy blue
•Ability to print GSA Fleet logo and website on the outside of the pouch. The GSA Fleet logo will be provided upon award.
