GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.
The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg locations listed in the SOW. It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will be scheduled for October 24, 2018 at 9:00 am at the location stated in part 2.1 and 2.2 and 1:00 pm at site location stated in part 2.3 of the SOW. The facility shall remain in operation throughout the service. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
The service period of coverage is 10 months from DEC 1, 2018 to SEP 30, 2019
