The Town of Ajax is seeking Proposals from qualified, experienced, professional firms to design and build a pavilion at Greenwood Conservation Area located off Greenwood Road, South of the 5th Concession. This project should be treated as turn key, meaning all work shall be fully completed, including interior, exterior and associated site works, acceptable for public access and use.
