The Housing Division of the City of Santa Monica is developing a Request for Proposals to purchase new City-owned units at the Mountain View Mobile Home Park. The City seeks to develop a list of potential bidders and to garner input on the draft RFP. The new affordable home units at Mountain View will be a model of affordability and sustainability. The RFP will solicit bidders to design, build and install manufactured or other innovative home designs that are durable, environmentally sustainable materials
and aesthetically appealing.
