Creative will develop an enhanced three-phased, analytical toolkit based on the Interagency Conflict Analysis Framework (ICAF), which will provide nuanced understanding into regionally-specific VE drivers and each context's changing dynamics. We will use this analysis to pilot prevention activities in partnership with local CSOs. The toolkit will be iteratively adapted, culminating in a validated 'Version 2.0' for roll-out in other contexts.
