This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F1U3C44108A001; this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 Effective 30 May 2014. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Total Small Business. The associated NAICS code is 212321 with a 500 employee size standard. This RFQ contains one (1) line item.

**CONTRACTOR SHALL FILL IN TOTAL PRICES AS WELL AS TOTAL PRICE ON THE ATTACHED RFQ WORKSHEET (Attachment 4) IN ORDER TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE**
Contractor shall begin service as soon as possible after the award of the contract, and shall complete the project on or before 30 September 2014. Delivery and acceptance point is Eielson AFB, AK.
Service shall be conducted IAW attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

LATE QUOTES: Interested parties are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of quotes after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes WILL NOT be considered (ref. FAR 52.212-1(f)). All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) ref. FAR 52.204-7 database prior to any contract award.
