Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement
NCO 16 Division II Supply Team Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA is seeking to award an Open Market Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.106 for Purchase of Audiometer Equipment to be used in the Audiology Clinic at the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, AR. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing.

This is a Total Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Set-Aside. In order to qualify for this set-aside, firms must be registered in the Vendor Information Pages at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ .

Part numbers are provided in the Schedule for illustrative and placeholder purposes. Equal items can be quoted if sufficient information for comparison is provided with the quote. The manufacturer and Part Number of the item currently in use at the host facility and loaded in the local Material Management system is the Grason-Stadler AudioStar Pro Clinical Two-Channel Audiometer. This should be sufficient information to make the item familiar to interested vendors. The technically acceptable quote with the lowest price will obtain the award.
