GRANT CONSULTING SERVICES AND RELATED SOFTWARE
Cameron County is interested in contracting with a grant consulting firm to implement a system to improve the Countys effectiveness at identifying and winning competitive grants and better manage and track its grants awards. At a minimum, the proposed solution should offer: 1) computerized on-line customized access to federal, state, and foundation grant availability; 2) formal training for experienced and inexperienced grant writers to prepare more successful grant applications and proposals; 3) user friendly software and tools to help manage and track grant processes and reporting requirements more effectively; and 4) customer support to help users access grant information efficiently and maximize grant management software applications.
