GPS software to be fully functioning on all Department AT&T Sierra MP 890w modems. Map of the State to be fully displayed on existing LCD screen at Emergency Dispatch Center (EDC). Interactive map to refresh at a maximum of 30 second intervals. Map to display vehicle icons, incident locations tower and base radio locations. Map is required to zoom and pan from State level to street level.
