This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business.

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services contract to provide chemical weed control services on lands administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Gavins Point Project. Services include chemically controlling noxious weeds and other undesirable vegetation. This is a requirements service contract with both Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) pricing arrangements. Under this contract, noxious weeds, invasive species, and/or other undesirable vegetation will be controlled in natural areas to maintain existing native wildlife habitat. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2) 12-month additional years from 01 May 2019 to 30 April 2022. The work to be performed under this contract will occur at North Alabama Bend, near Vermilion, SD 57069, in Clay County and at Audubon Bend, near Wynot, NE 68792, in Cedar County. The NAICS code is 561730.
