HSU seeks one or more individuals who will represent Henderson State University to the
legislators and other key individuals within and outside the State government. The person will
work with these individuals to accomplish the funding goals for HSU. It is anticipated that the
Governmental Relations Consultant would attend various legislative committee meetings, other
events where legislators are in attendance and the sessions of the General Assembly.
Participating in discussions and on committees where possible would be required. One-on-one
discussion sessions may be required to accomplish the goals.
