GOVERNANCE CONSULTANTS
The School Board requests proposals from Governance Consultants to participate on Program Development Review (PDR) teams at identified charter schools. PDR’s are conducted to assess the extent of programmatic implementation and the quality of the school’s instructional programs as it relates to
student achievement and performance outcomes. The PDR examines the schools’ academic
and organizational performance status in relation to the board’s Charter Review and
Performance Management Frameworks. Additionally, for schools identified in NCLB/School
Improvement, the School Improvement Reviews and Program Development Reviews are
conducted concurrently where possible.
