GO OREGON! Waldo Hall 4th Floor Renovations A/E RFP
Proposals from architectural firms to provide pre-design/programming through construction administration services for the GO Oregon! - Waldo Hall 4th Floor Renovation project (the Project).
The Project will include the restoration of a portion of the 4th floor of Waldo Hall in order to bring the space up to current code requirements, including, but not necessarily limited to, interior design and architecture, furnishings, lighting and electrical disciplines, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. Construction Documents are expected by the end of June, 2009. The targeted direct construction budget is $1,400,000.
This is a Go Oregon! project, authorized by the 2009 Oregon State Legislature through Senate Bill 338. Under the awarded Retainer Contract or Agreement, the consultant will be required to provide and report certain information to OSU as stated in this RFP document.
