The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial services requirement for Columbia Plateau Restoration located near Brewster, WA within the vicinity of Wenatchee district area of responsibility as a single source to the Washington State Department of Fish & Wildlife as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b), under the Consolidation Appropriations Act, 2014, PL 113-76 and the Agricultural Act of 2014, PL 113-79 which limits eligibility of authorized restoration services to the Governor of a State. The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The Columbia Plateau Restoration includes implementation of shrub-steppe watershed restoration treatments across BLM jurisdictional boundaries in Douglas and Okanogan Counties. In addition, The State of Washington will provide firefighting support, and fuels reduction treatments in these counties to reduce the risk of catastrophic wildfire in shrub-steppe systems, including fuels breaks and fuels reductions. The performance period is from date of award through 31 August 2022. The NAICS code is 115310 and the small business size standard $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses shall be received by 24 August 2018 in order to be considered.
