GMNF Repairs & Painting of Buildings
This project is for minor repairs and painting of the existing Rochester Ranger District Office, kiosk, and workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, replacing damaged exterior siding, trim and metal drip edge with new materials, preparing and re-staining the exterior siding, trim, eaves, soffits, fascia, doors, frames, and windows.
Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000
