DIST DEPOT PUGET SOUND, BREMERTON, WA 98314-5130. The proposed contract action
is for 6,964 pairs (PR) of Radiological Controlled (RADCON) anti-contamination
size 10 gloves with an 18" length. RADCON anti-contamination gloves are made out
of 100% natural latex and are used for routine nuclear reactor maintenance,
clean-up, and the storage or decontamination of radioactive material.
Anti-contamination gloves provide a superior barrier against dermal
contamination, and they are resistant to abrasion, chemical attack, cuts,
punctures and snags. These gloves are primarily controlled by the military
specification MIL-G-82242 and further defined by the individual repair part
ordering data (IRPOD). The gloves will require production lot samples, first
article testing (both contractor and Government), Reports of test inspections
(ROTI), and shelf life certification. A username and password will be required
