CONSTRUCTION PROJECT 691A4-19-208, GLA - Sepulveda Bldg 10 New Door CONST, Greater Los Angeles VA Health Care System (GLAVAHCS) has a requirement to install multiple dual-egress doors at the GLA Sepulveda campus. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price construction contract. Work includes, but is not limited to: all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and engineering to complete work as established in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation cost. Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the future full solicitation publication.
Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. Date, time and location of site visit still to be determined. Information regarding the site visit will be indicated in the solicitation when posted. All offerors are urged and expected to attend the site visit. Due to anticipated response and limited space, please limit the number of attendees in your group

This construction project will be solicited as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $36.5M.B The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is expected to be 14 calendar days after Notice to Proceed (inclusive of product lead time), with no options included.
The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be:
Between $25,000 and $100,000.
It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued in July 2019.
