GJFO HWY141 TRAIL CROSSING
Bureau of Land Management, Department of the Interior, Colorado State Office, Lakewood, Colorado has a requirement for constructing the Tabeguache-Highway 141 off-road vehicle crossing as shown on the attached drawings, including but not limited to:

1. Construct 540 linear feet of 12-foot wide trail with 6-inch aggregate top course along with associated drainage ditch, grading, embankment construction, and imported fill material.
2. Furnish and install 24" CMP with flared end sections.
3. Furnish and install 2 cattle guards (12-foot roadway).
4. Furnish and install boulders.
5. Relocate existing gate, furnish and install two 5-foot gates.
6. Furnish and install traffic signage.
7. Furnish and install erosion control to protect wetland area.
8. Remove existing wire fencing and furnish and install new wire fencing.
9. Seed and mulch all disturbed areas.
10. Provide required Insurance and Traffic Control Plan to CDOT per Notice to Proceed


A pre-bid site tour will be provided on May 9, 2018 at 3 PM local time. Vendors shall meet at the site - map attached. Directions are: Colorado State Highway 141 at a location one mile south of Whitewater, Colorado. For questions about site tour, please contact Judith Kittson at 303-239-3921.

The solicitation shall be set aside for Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code is 237990, (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction) size standard is $36.5 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. It is anticipated the solicitation package will be issued approximately May 2, 2018.
