This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified consultants (or consultant teams) to
develop a GIS Strategic Plan. The Consultant shall develop a proposed work plan, subject to the BMCs
approval, including the scope of work and methodology, staffing and qualifications, estimation of person
hours and costs, and a project schedule for designated tasks.
