GIS Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan
The City is soliciting proposals for an assessment of the current City GIS mapping
and developing an implementation plan for the GIS such that all municipal
departments can become active users of the system. This implementation plan
shall provide recommendations on system, manpower and budgetary
requirements as well as a time schedule. The recommendations shall be built
around the Citys current investment in ESRI software which includes Arc Info,
ArcGIS and ArcView.
